Very beautiful little design hotel in the middle of the city center. Close to all historic sites and shopping streets.
No 24 hour reception but the hotel staff is there quickly if you call.

The location was excellent and the size of the room.
Very noisey outside people walking past seemed all night and this was low season. Shower flooded the bathroom due to the design. I would not stay here again. I like my sleep.

A very nice modern design. We had initially booked this as it was near to cathedral and the main street from where you can get bus to Alhambra (although we didn't catch a bus, we just walked.. its a beautiful walk). However, this also means its in the middle of a busy plaza and initially we were afraid there might be noise issues, but there were none. Room is pretty much sound proofed, the view of the cheerful, lively plaza is great, gives you a good lively feeling. The staff was very nice and friendly, and they gave us a free complimentary breakfast. There are free water bottles in the mini bar as well. The room size is not that huge, but still roomy enough.
The only issue was a strong smell which used to come of something cooking. They have a Khu Bar below at the ground level where they serve the breakfast, some other food you'd expect at a bar/food place. Probably because of that. Wifi also wasn't too reliable, not always working fine. But we wouldn't rate these as any big issues.

Small boutique hotel, great location close to shopping areas and Albaiycin/Allambraha - very central.
No direct access for arrival by car as located in pedestrian-only zone. Easy to get lost trying to find hotel and parking.

This hotel has a fabulous location, right in the center of the city. You'll be within walking distance of everything, including great restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly; they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms on the second floor are lovely, with two small balconies providing a nice view. great value for money.
No major issues - everything was just fine.

Loved our romantic escape! the room was spotless with lots of space and modern decor. Large windows allowed plenty of natural light and we had a great view from our balcony. the staff were friendly and gave us amazing tips for exploring. the hotel's central location made it easy to visit all the key attractions, and the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway!
Noisy nights were the only downside, but earplugs solved that problem. Can't blame the hotel for the lively atmosphere outside.

It was clean with amazingly nice staff at the reception desk. Location: the hotel was right by the square below.

Very central location, staff is very friendly. You can park at San Agustin, thanks to the hotel you pay 15 euro/day instead of 25.
A bit noisy because it's on a very popular square. There were some problems with the warm water when we were there, which meant a couple of cold showers. It took more than 3 days to fix it. There are speakers in the corridor playing music in the night. It's pretty annoying and can be heard through the door.
